Originally named Ramon Rise Estates in the 1950’s, Little Beverly Hills in Palm Springs is a coveted small neighborhood with mid-century architectural style homes built in 1957-1958 situated next door to the Prescott Preserve (formerly the Mesquite Golf Course). Most of the streets are named after their counterparts 100 miles west in Beverly HIlls.

The majority of the Little Beverly Hills homes were designed by architects Palmer and Krisel and developed by the Alexander Construction Company. Jack Meiselman also designed and built some of the mid-century homes too.
