Cary Grant, Dinah Shore Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, Estée Lauder, Tony Curtis, and Bing Crosby all lived The Movie Colony.

The Movie Colony is next door to the Uptown Design District that is known for its hip vintage hotels, mid-century design stores and restaurants. Its other neighbor is Ruth Hardy Park featuring tennis courts, jogging trails and picnic areas.
