Racquet Club Estates in Palm Springs is all about those who appreciate mid-century modern architecture. The area is divided between Racquet East and Racquet Club West. These mid-century modern 1,000-1,400 square foot homes with butterfly and flat roofs were instantly popular with second home buyers in the late 1950′s and still are for today’s buyers!
Designed by the noted architect William Krisel, the Racquet Club Estates development was built by the Alexander Construction Company, known for it’s mid-century modern developments.
