Over the last 25 years I have dealt (as either a seller or buyer) with over a half dozen agents in four states. Kevin was, fortunately for me, the leader of the pack. He had a very difficult task: I wanted to find a winter home in Palm Springs, but I had specific and hard to fill requirements about location and accessibility, and to make things harder for him, I am in Chicago. Kevin looked long and hard and did more video tours of possible choices than I can count.
